The blue metallic material in this plate has a very vibrant blue color that shows really well after some machining and polishing. This plate is made from very thin layers of metallic fabric which are a beautiful contrasting material to the black carbon fiber layers. The metallic layers have a “scales” appearance once machined. The top surface has a high gloss look while the backside of this material has a slightly rough texture.
Each plate is handmade with our own custom developed high tech process so, that the material has an extremely high quality and absolutely no voids. Not even microvoids! Or any other imperfections! Each plate has been cured at high temperatures so, that it machines and takes a polish very well! Because of this you will be able to give your products a very high quality finish.
We provide a no voids guarantee on our carbon fiber plates. We are completely confident that you will not find any voids or microvoids in our products. But, if you do ever find any small voids we will give you a free replacement product.
