1/2″ / 12.7mm thick Titanium Carbon Fiber ready to be used to make rings or other products. This material is made from high quality carbon fiber and real titanium! The titanium can be exposed when you machine into the carbon fiber. The titanium looks a bit gray by itself and it does not have a strong contrast to the carbon fiber but it can certainly show as a very classy subtle effect.

This material is made from only the best quality materials, it machines very well and can be detailed and contoured and shape in any way you can imagine. We use water clear transparent resins to make sure the colors stay as rich and nice as they naturally are. The materials as you see are “all natural”. No finish coatings, no polishing job or any other aid was used to make them look better than what they are. What you see is what you get! 🙂 The titanium is real titanium, so it very durable.

The titanium material also shows a bit on the surface of the top and bottom as grayish layer, but this is mostly a “bonus” of the material and is not a consistent effect. The titanium on the inside of the layers is very consistent and this will come out very well after machining and sanding. If the layers are contoured down a bit it will expose the titanium in between the layers of carbon fiber very well!

All of my carbon fiber materials are handmade with a custom developed high tech process so that the material has extremely high quality and absolutely NO voids. Not even micro voids or any other imperfections. It has been cured at high temperatures and is very hard so it machines and polishes very well! It will give your products a very high quality finish and it can be processed well like other carbon fiber.

I provide a no voids guarantee on my carbon fiber plates! I am totally confident that you will not find any voids or even micro voids in my products, but if you ever find any small voids, I will give you a free replacement product. To this date though, no customer has yet come to me that has found voids in a material I made and wanted to claim a replacement product!
