The new 4Waves Carbon Fiber is made from a very unique high end automotive fabric. It is used on the most expensive hyper cars! It has a very cool 4×4 twill weave that is very eye catching! It offers very unique patterns once contoured and shaped!
It’s a fairly thin fabric due to the unique weave. It looks very different than regular carbon fiber once machined. It yields many very cool unique patterns that really stand out. It will look different every time it is contoured in a different way. Please see the many pictures for how unique this style of material is.

Listed in our shop are 1/4″ and 1/2″ 4Waves plates and 1/4″ knife scales. Other thicknesses are also possible for large orders. Inquire for more information.

This carbon fiber is sold as a set of 2 pieces, each with a size of 2×6″ or 1.5×6″. Choose your requested size in the scroll down menu. Other sizes with length of 6″ on request possible. Larger economy sizes in 6×6″, 6×12″ or 12×12″ also available

Each plate is made with carbon fiber, a glass fiber fabric and a high glow material to create a very stunning bright glow in the dark and carbon plate! We have tested many types of glow material and we believe the one we use has the brightest glow possible!! We select all of the best ingredients and have perfected our production process to maximize the glow.

As all of our materials are handmade with a custom developed high tech process so that the material has extremely high quality and absolutely no voids. Not even microvoids, or any other imperfections. It has been cured at high temperatures so it machines and polishes very well! It will give your products a very high quality finish and it can be processed well like other carbon fiber. Do keep heat in mind as it like any other composites it needs to stay relatively cool while machining or it will soften or disintegrate if it overheats, but with proper care this should not be a problem.

The titanium can be exposed when you machine into the carbon fiber. The titanium looks a bit gray by itself and it does not have a strong contrast to the carbon fiber but it can certainly show as a very classy subtle effect.

If the layers are contoured down a bit it will expose the titanium in between the layers of carbon fiber very well!
