I am totally confident that you will not find any voids or even microvoids in my products, but if you ever find any small voids, I will give you a free replacement product. 1/2″ / 12.7mm thick Copper Carbon fiber, ready to be used for knife scales or other products. It is made from real copper and high quality carbon fiber. It will give a beautiful effect after sanding and machining. The copper is a beautiful combination with the carbon fiber, and because of the void free high quality it can be detailed very well!

This material is made from real copper and real carbon fiber, it machines very well, and can be detailed and contoured and shape in any way you can imagine. The carbon fiber has a high quality, and I use water clear transparent resins to make sure the colors stay as rich and nice as they naturally are. The materials as you see are “all natural”. No finish coatings, no polishing job or any other aid was used to make them look better then they are. What you see is what you get! 🙂 The copper is real copper, so it will behave in any way like regular copper will as for machining, tarnishing, oxidizing and whichever other way you would like to process the material.

The copper material also shows a bit on the surface of the top and bottom, but this is mostly a “bonus” of the material and is not a consistent effect. The copper on the inside of the layers is very consistent and this will come out very well after machining and sanding. If the layers are contoured down a bit it will expose the copper in between the layers of carbon fiber very well!
