This is a very unique beautiful carbon fiber plate! The white resin makes the carbon fibers really stand out and gives an awesome very classy appearance once processed. The white resin exposes the layers and the twill weave of the carbon fiber much more then regular clear resin.

Handmade with a custom developed high tech process so that the material has extremely high quality and absolutely no voids. Not even microvoids, or any other imperfections. It has been cured at high temperatures so it machines and polishes very well! It will give your products a very high quality finish and it can be processed well like other carbon fiber.

I provide a no voids guarantee on my carbon fiber plates! All my materials go through a quality check before leaving my workshop and I am totally confident that you will not find any voids or even microvoids in my products, but if you ever find any small voids, I will give you a free replacement product.

Do keep in mind carbon fiber machines very differently then wood or metal and specialty tools or procedures may be needed depending on your process and products. High speed diamond or carbide abrasive tools work best for cutting and processing of carbon fiber. Regular HSS tools may work but will dull much quicker when working with carbon fiber. Also it is important to cool the material well during processing so that it does not overheat and warp or deteriorate. If you have any questions about working with my carbon fiber materials I would be very happy to advice!

This Stainless Steel Carbon Waves material has been produced with real stainless steel material so it will look and process as close to regular stainless steel as possible! It will not tarnish, and will be as “shiny” and silvery as real stainless steel is. As all our products, its a high quality solid material and it can be machined and contoured and processed and detailed in any way that your design desires. The top surface has a high gloss look and the bottom of the material has a peel ply texture.

The carbon fiber fabric used is of a very high quality and I use water clear transparent resins to make sure the colors stay as rich and nice as they naturally are. The materials as you see are “all natural”. No finish coatings, no polishing job or any other aid was used to make them look better then they are. What you see is what you get! 🙂
