1/4″ / 6.35mm thick Fine Lab Turquoise RockyBeach Carbon Fiber plate material. This plate is made from 4 solid layers of Fine Lab created Turquoise rocks and carbon fiber fabric. Since it is made using lab created minerals/gemstones the colors are uniform throughout the chips resulting in a rich bright blue/green/aqua color.

The RockyWaves material has been vacuum produced, so all of the rocks/minerals/gemstones have been stabilized with resin. During this process it solidifies the material as one and there are no worries about loose or porous stones. With water/low heat & high grit polishing you can achieve a very high gloss and bring out the best of both materials. The stones will become more vibrant and the carbon fiber will appear blacker.
Handmade with a custom developed high tech process so that the material has extremely high quality and absolutely no voids. Not even microvoids, or any other imperfections. It has been cured at high temperatures so it machines and polishes very well! It will give your products a very high quality finish and it can be processed well like other carbon fiber.
I provide a no voids guarantee on my carbon fiber plates! I am totally confident that you will not find any voids or even microvoids in my products, but if you ever find any small voids, I will give you a free replacement product.
