The new 4Waves Carbon Fiber is made from a very unique high end automotive fabric. It is used on the most expensive hyper cars! It has a very cool 4×4 twill weave that is very eye catching!
It’s a fairly thin fabric due to the unique weave. It looks very different than regular carbon fiber once machined. It yields many very cool unique patterns that really stand out. It will look different every time it is contoured in a different way. Please see the many pictures for how unique this style of material is.
Listed in our shop are 1/4″ and 1/2″ 4Waves plates and 1/4″ knife scales. Other thicknesses are also possible for large orders. Inquire for more information.
Handmade with a custom developed high tech process so that the material has extremely high quality and absolutely no voids. Not even microvoids, or any other imperfections. It has been cured at high temperatures so it machines and polishes very well! It will give your products a very high quality finish and it can be processed well like other carbon fiber.
I provide a no voids guarantee on my carbon fiber plates! I am totally confident that you will not find any voids or even microvoids in my products, but if you ever find any small voids, I will give you a free replacement product.
